Global attraction experience software specialists n-gage.io has announced a new contract with Lyons Holiday Parks, a 20-site family owned holiday park group located across Wales & Cumbria.
Multiple winners of the British Tourism Awards including 2024, for the Best Medium UK Parks and Lodges and Family Holidays, Lyons was first established in 1924, recently celebrating their centenary year. As the largest Holiday Park provider in Wales they welcome over 4,000 park owners and hundreds of thousands of holiday guests each year.
Lyons has just unveiled their latest guest mobile app to help owners and holiday guests make the most of their Lyons Holiday Park experience. Given Lyons unrivalled passion for providing the highest quality locations, accommodation, facilities and customer service, they commissioned attraction experience specialists n-gage.io to introduce their latest guest mobile technology and software, including a host of interactive features, to enhance the owner/guest experience.
Deployed across all 20 sites, the n-gage.io solution pairs the SaaS platform's highly customisable guest mobile app with its powerful attraction management software to deliver the team the tools and data insights they need to enhance the owner and guest experience and deepen engagement with them in real-time.The app allows all guests and owners to interact with their own unique content, book activities, and browse event schedules, with the app intelligently switching content based on park location.
The mobile app incorporates an interactive map for each park site with navigation and wayfinding, combining detailed site information on facilities, events and bookable activities with guests and owners also being able to create bespoke activity plans with automated reminders. The digital in-app wallet delivers the ability to store booked activity tickets, voucher offers and store owners digital membership cards.
Lyons plans to use the app as a focal point for both owners and guests, to streamline activity bookings and deliver a more interactive and personalised experience. The app will also be used to keep guests up to date with Lyon’s latest event programmes and activities throughout the season with the team making use of valuable data insights to improve engagement and increase bookings.
